SOS food aims to support all stakeholders of the food chain to make well-informed decisions with a multi-factorial, multi-actor and multi-scale approach, enabling more productive, inclusive, sustainable and resilient food systems.
All this being possible thanks to its multidisciplinary consortium of experts, from private and public sectors, academia research and food system representatives (consumers, producers and industries).
